Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are trying to figure out whether this course is right for your situation - what your court requires, how the certificate works, what happens next - you are in the right place. The most common questions are answered below. If yours is not here, use the contact form.

Built on real credentials

  • 44 years in child custody
  • 1,000+ Guardian ad Litem investigations
  • Court-aware certificates

Will my court accept this certificate?

Yes. Our certificates have been accepted by courts in all 50 states.

The credential behind the certificate is what courts evaluate, not the platform. Every certificate from Child Custody Resolutions carries the credential stack of Suzanne Dircks, M.A., LMHC - a licensed mental health counselor with 44 years of experience and over 1,000 Guardian ad Litem investigations in Pierce County Superior Court.

Courts accept these certificates because the credential stack is specific, verifiable, and significant. If you want to confirm in advance, check your court's specific requirements with your attorney, or use the contact form.

My court order specifies a certain number of hours. Will this course satisfy that?

Most likely, yes. Here is the breakdown:

  • High-Conflict Co-Parenting: 8-10 hours - satisfies most co-parenting and basic parenting-class orders. Also offered under the name Court-Ordered Parenting Class.
  • Parental Alienation Course: 8-10 hours.
  • Parallel Parenting: When Co-Parenting Isn't Working: 8-10 hours.
  • Co-Parenting Communication Course: self-paced focused course.
  • Alienated Parent Scripts Course: focused self-paced tool.

If your order specifies a number of hours that does not match these, send us a message before enrolling. We will help you determine which course or combination of courses satisfies your order.

How do I submit my certificate to the court?

Download your certificate after completing the course - it is available immediately upon completion - and provide it to your attorney or submit it directly to the court as your order specifies.

If your order does not specify a submission method, provide the certificate to your attorney. They will know the correct procedure for your jurisdiction.

My court does not recognize online courses. Will this work?

Use the contact form. Court requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction, and many courts that initially appear to require in-person attendance have accepted our certificates because of the instructor credentials and curriculum design.

If, after calling, you determine our certificate will not satisfy your specific requirement, we will refund you in full. We do not want you to enroll in a course that will not work for your situation.

Can my attorney or GAL verify my certificate?

Yes. Certificate verification is available through the contact form. We can confirm the certificate number, completion date, course completed, and certificate status.

For attorneys doing advance due diligence, a Court Approval Packet is available upon request. It includes full instructor credentials, curriculum outline, and sample certificate.

What if my court does not accept the certificate after I complete the course?

We will refund you in full. No conditions. Reach us through the contact form.

In practice, this has not happened - courts have accepted these certificates nationwide. But the guarantee exists because you should not carry that risk.
